Lunch

The general lunch will be hosted in the Exhibit Hall. All registered meeting attendees are will be served a buffet meal for lunch during all three days of the meeting.

  • Option to provide napkins, cups, chair covers, and other items during sponsored lunch – at sponsor’s expense. Requires pre-approval by Exhibit Management

  • Saturday, November 23, 2024 (Exhibitor Appreciation Lunch - Strolling Lunch throughout the Expo Hall)

Support Fee:

$12,000 per day


 

Social Event

Normally held on the second night of the Annual Meeting & Expo, the Social Event is the perfect environment for attendees to meet, greet, and unwind after two full days of educational sessions. Help attendees to make the most of this celebration by supporting the event.

  • Option to provide giveaways for supported tables – at sponsor’s expense. Requires pre-approval by Exhibit Management.

Support Fee:

$12,000 

Support fee does NOT include registration or tickets for the event.


 

 

Coffee Stations 

You’ve seen it before – the doors open after an intense educational session and the attendees rush straight to the coffee station. Let them see your company name as the supporter of this important service! Options below are for the duration of the event.

  • Coffee stations are located one in each corner of the hall near the Innovation Spotlight stages, lunch entrance, posters and meeting rooms.
