Meeting Space

A limited number of small rooms on the perimeter of the Expo Hall will be available for exhibitors to conduct one-on-one meetings with their clients and prospects. They will be available to rent for the duration of the expo hall hours. Each room will be set with one table and four chairs and include a lockable door. Additional features, such as audio/visual, Internet, and a check in table/chair outside of the room are available at the expense of the exhibiting company. 

Costs and Services...

  • The cost is $3,750 for a 10’ x 10’ meeting room or $6,250 for a 10’ x 20’ meeting room.
  • The fee includes one table and four chairs per 10’ x 10’ space.
  • AMP will provide signage.


  • One per company. First come, first served.
  • Please refer to the Exhibitor Service Center or Exhibits team for specific room information

Dates and Times...

  • Meeting rooms on the expo hall floor are available for the duration of Expo Hall Hours.

Ancillary Events

AMP accept space requests for Ancillary and Satellite event offerings, for events including Expo Hall, General/Hospitality/Internal, Reception/Dinner/Function, Educational Events, and Offsite Events.

As a reminder, if you are interested in a Meeting Room on the AMP Expo Hall, please reserve through the Expo Portal. Applications must be submitted for events being held on November 19-23, 2024.

Requests will be reviewed every 2-3 weeks through September, and then weekly until November. All approvals will be confirmed via email and on a rolling basis and based on availability.
